By accessing or using the ACD Dance Studio website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

ACD Dance Studio (“we”, “us”, “Studio”) provides dance classes, fitness sessions, and related activities at our location (2nd Floor, Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro). Our website allows you to book classes, sign up as a guest, and (where applicable) use Stepperton booking and payment features.

3. Bookings and payments

Class bookings may be subject to capacity and availability. For Stepperton and other paid services, payment terms (including GCash and other methods) will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our internal policies; contact us for details.

4. Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward staff, instructors, and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone who disrupts the studio environment or violates these terms.

5. Health and safety

Participation in physical activity involves risk. You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate. If you have health concerns, consult a doctor before joining classes. The Studio is not liable for injuries arising from participation except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The ACD Dance Studio name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.
